1. Introduction

These terms of use govern your use of executivehurdles.com; by using our website, you accept these terms of use in full. If you disagree with these terms of use or any part of these terms of use, then please do not use our website.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of executivehurdles.com, they cover all aspects of Executive Hurdles including use of the blog website, and the membership and subscription services.

If you subscribe to executivehurdles.com, free or paid membership, we will ask you to expressly agree to these terms of use during sign-up.

The terms ‘Executive Hurdles, ‘executivehurdles.com’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ or ‘user’ refers to the user or viewer of our website. By using our website and agreeing to these terms of use, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy, which also explains how we use cookies in a lot more detail.

The executivehurdles.com website—including its blog, publicly accessible content, and member-restricted areas—is subject to the terms outlined in this section.

Access and Usage

The blog and its content are freely accessible to all users, subject to the License to Use executivehurdles.com Blog Website Content.

The website also includes paid membership content, including access to AI-powered tools, coaching sessions, strategic plans, and business automation resources. These areas are subject to separate terms under the License to Use executivehurdles.com Membership Content.

You must not access or attempt to access any restricted membership content unless you are an authorised subscriber.

Responsible Use of the Website and AI Tools

You may not use executivehurdles.com in any way that:

The website’s AI features are provided to support marketing, sales, and business optimisation. However, all clients and users are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and ethically applying any AI-generated content or actions. Executive Hurdles accepts no responsibility for the outcomes, accuracy, misuse, or unintended consequences of AI-generated recommendations or automations.

You must not:

• Use any portion of the blog or website to publish or distribute malware, spyware, Trojans, worms, keyloggers, rootkits, or other malicious software;

• Use AI features to generate content or data that infringes on third-party rights, spreads misinformation, or violates ethical or legal standards;

• Engage in any systematic or automated data collection activities—such as scraping, mining, harvesting, or similar—without our express written permission.

Unlawful or unethical use of the blog, website, or AI-driven services will be considered a breach of these terms and may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

We reserve the right to remove any comments at our discretion, and for whatever reason.

Access to the blog is not restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to areas of this blog, or indeed our whole blog, at our discretion.

4. Licence to use executivehurdles.com blog website content

Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the blog and material on the blog.  Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

6. Membership subscription and renewal

In these terms, “subscription” means a right to access the restricted areas of our website described in this Section 6, and “subscriber” means a person who has such a right by virtue of this Section 6.

Subscription Access, AI Responsibility & Licensing

We reserve the right to restrict access to any part of our website, including the membership areas, AI tools, or coaching services, at our sole discretion.

You may become a subscriber by visiting the membership page and selecting a paid membership subscription. You will have the opportunity to review and correct any input errors before final submission.

We do not retain a personalised copy of these terms for each individual subscriber. If we update these terms of use, the prior version to which you originally agreed will no longer be available on our website. For this reason, we strongly recommend printing and retaining a copy of these terms at the time of subscription.

These terms are available in English only.

Subscription Charges

Subscription fees are clearly stated on our website. For users in the UK and EU, VAT is included in the price at your local rate. For users outside the UK and EU, subscription prices are exclusive of VAT.

Payment for the initial and subsequent billing periods must be made in advance and in cleared funds as per the payment instructions on our website. Your subscription will be activated automatically once payment is received.

We may update subscription pricing from time to time by posting the revised fees on our website. Such changes will not affect existing subscriptions that have already been paid for.

Billing & Renewals

Depending on your selected plan, your subscription will renew automatically either monthly or annually (the Billing Period). Payment will be processed using your saved method unless cancelled in advance.

If you wish to cancel, you must do so before your renewal date by contacting us at contact@executivehurdles.com. Cancellation requests after renewal has been processed are not eligible for refunds.

Executive Hurdles memberships are governed by the 2014 EU Consumer Rights Directive on Digital Content. Once paid membership content or AI tools are accessed, they are deemed consumed and non-returnable. As such, refunds are not available once digital content has been accessed.

Licensing Terms

Each membership subscription includes access for one (1) license holder per business. This license allows access to the restricted membership area and all applicable services, including coaching sessions and AI-powered tools.

Additional licenses for team members or departments may be requested and are available at an agreed fee, subject to approval and system access limitations. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

Logins and passwords are provided to individual license holders and must remain confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us in writing immediately. You may be held liable for any losses resulting from failure to protect your login credentials.

You must not use another person’s credentials or share your own with others. Executive Hurdles may suspend or revoke access at our sole discretion for any violation of these terms or misuse of AI services.

Use of AI Tools – Client Responsibility

As a subscriber, you may gain access to various AI-powered tools and automation services. While these tools are designed to support content creation, workflow automation, campaign management, and CRM integration, all outputs and decisions made using these tools remain your full responsibility.

Executive Hurdles provides these AI solutions as part of your subscription plan, but we do not review, approve, or guarantee the outcomes of AI-generated content or recommendations. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing and approving all AI outputs before use;

• Ensuring ethical and legal compliance of AI communications;

• Avoiding misuse or unmonitored deployment of AI-generated materials.

Executive Hurdles will not be liable for errors, business impacts, or legal consequences arising from AI misuse or negligence on the part of the client.

Monthly Plans

Done By You and Done With You Plans
Subscribers to the Done By You and Done With You monthly membership plans are entitled to a set number of scheduled support and coaching sessions per month, depending on the plan tier. These sessions are designed to support onboarding, platform optimisation, AI implementation, and performance review.

• Done By You Plan includes:

  • Two (2) x 15-minute virtual coaching sessions per month

  • Unlimited email support during the first month of subscription

• Done With You Plan includes:

  • One (1) x 30-minute Collaboration Planning Session (at start)

  • One (1) x 30-minute Monthly Performance Review & Coaching Call

Session quotas reset on the first day of each calendar month. Any unused sessions do not carry over to the following month.

Each virtual session is scheduled for the allocated duration and may include structured guidance, open Q&A, and screen sharing via the online meeting platform. Session format and goals will be outlined at the beginning of each session by the designated Executive Hurdles coach.

Please note:

• If content or platform tools are updated between sessions, any repeat access to updated modules or coaching will still count toward your monthly quota.

• Access to all sessions and AI tools requires an active membership. Upon expiry or cancellation, access to all services, including previously scheduled or recorded sessions, will be revoked.

Executive Hurdles reserves the right to adjust:

• The number of sessions included in each plan

• The duration of sessions

• Participation eligibility based on professional conduct

All prices and session access are calculated to account for four weeks of annual leave by the Executive Hurdles delivery team, during which services will be paused. Members will be given at least one week's notice before any holiday period begins.

Quarterly & Annual Plans

Done For You Plan
Subscribers to the Done For You plan (minimum 3-month commitment) are entitled to a full-service AI growth delivery schedule inline with agreed deliverables, including monthly coaching, implementation, and reporting.

Included per month:

• One (1) x 30-minute Collaboration Planning Session

• One (1) x 30-minute Monthly Check-In Call

• One (1) x 30-minute Monthly Performance Report & Strategy Call

• Dedicated reviews of Voice AI and Conversation AI Knowledge Bases

This plan provides fully managed implementation of one custom deliverable per AI Action Plan point, with up to 12 points delivered over the year.

Each month’s services and sessions reset on the first of the month, and unused sessions or deliverables do not roll over.

Please note:

• Re-accessing previously delivered modules or sessions may count toward your monthly quota if content has changed significantly.

• Service access is dependent on maintaining an active membership. Upon membership expiry, all tools, coaching, and deliverables will be paused and access revoked.

As with other plans, this pricing model includes provision for four weeks of annual leave by the Executive Hurdles team. Members will be notified with one week’s notice prior to any non-service holiday period.

 

Additional Terms of Service

Please note the following important service conditions, including the use of AI tools:

• AI Tool Use & Client Responsibility
  The integration and application of AI tools within your business (including but not limited to content generation, automation, customer interaction, and AI-assisted decision-making) must be reviewed and approved by the client. Executive Hurdles will provide access, configuration support, and strategic recommendations, but the client retains full responsibility for the use, monitoring, and ethical application of these tools within their operations.

  All AI-generated content or decisions used in external or customer-facing communications must be signed off by the client prior to publication or implementation.
  Executive Hurdles is not liable for any consequences resulting from misuse, miscommunication, misrepresentation, or unmonitored deployment of AI solutions within the client’s business.

• Content Marketing Creation
  Executive Hurdles may assist in generating marketing content using AI; however, it is the client’s responsibility to provide internal brand guidance and to approve all content prior to use. Final content sign-off rests solely with the client.

• Monthly Service Hours
  Allocated monthly hours are for strategic support, AI tool implementation, planning, and performance optimisation. Tactical execution tasks—such as posting content or scheduling campaigns—are not included. However, guidance and coaching will be provided to client team members responsible for these tasks.

• Marketing Budget Exclusions
  Membership fees do not include any marketing spend, such as paid advertising or media buying. These costs are to be covered directly by the client.

• Planning and Prioritisation of Hours
  Clients are encouraged to collaborate with the Executive Hurdles team at the start of each month to prioritise how monthly hours will be allocated across strategy, AI implementation, and lead generation activities.

• Additional Hours
  Extra service hours beyond the monthly allocation can be purchased by prior arrangement and are subject to availability.

 

7. Licence for use of executivehurdles.com paid membership content

executivehurdles.com paid memberships only content can only be accessed by a paid subscription.

Shared Group can only be used by an individual and each coaching session will be conducted in a shared learning environment with other members. For shared group coaching, If multiple people want to access paid services, a license must be purchased for every person that needs any access to any materials - sharing of these is expressly forbidden in our licensing.

Team coaching membership will be open for businesses with teams up to 6 people and can be purchased by an individual to enrol the team onto the course and book each session.

Quarterly and Annual memberships will be open for businesses and individual clients with unlimited users and can be purchased by an authorised individual from the purchasing company to precure the outsourcing services.

 

We reserve the right to cancel your account without refund in our sole discretion in the case of suspected account sharing.

 

Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website.  Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

executivehurdles.com contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print web pages and any guides, for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms of use.

You must not:

1. Record coaching sessions (unless authorised to do so by the Executive Hurdles team), republish material from this website (including republication on another website);

2. sell, rent or sub-license material from the website;

3. show any material from the website in public;

4. reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on our website for a commercial or non-commercial purpose;

5. edit or otherwise modify any material on the website; or

6. redistribute material from this website except for content specifically and expressly made available for redistribution (such as our newsletter and our blog content).

Where content is specifically made available for redistribution, it is subject to the terms in: Licence to use executivehurdles.com blog website content.

**Executive Hurdles, including its content, services, advice, plans, AI tools, and coaches, is not responsible for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from your use of the materials, participation in coaching, or purchase of any membership plan.

All clients remain fully responsible for their own strategic plans, business actions, and the results that follow. This includes—but is not limited to—the use and deployment of AI tools and automation features provided as part of any service. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any AI-generated content, communication, or decisions are appropriate, compliant, and aligned with their brand, customers, markets, teams, and business goals.

Executive Hurdles does not accept liability for misuse, misapplication, or unreviewed implementation of AI features or recommendations. AI tools should be monitored carefully and used under client discretion and with appropriate oversight.

If you are uncertain about any advice, output, or recommendation provided through our services—including AI-generated insights—you should seek additional professional or legal counsel before taking any action. This ensures your decisions are informed, cost-effective, and relevant to your unique business context.

8. Cancellation and refunding of membership fees

You purchase membership as a consumer if you purchase a membership using a personal debit card, credit card or PayPal account. Memberships are a service contract regulated by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. For repeat subscription payments you must cancel your membership before the repeat subscription is charged - we cannot refund these once they have been charged.

You purchase membership as a company if you purchase a membership using a company payment method such as bank transfer, credit card, debit card or PayPal account provided by a company. The membership belongs to that company and it is bound to these terms and conditions.

 

No refund guarantee is offered on memberships, and as such you cannot obtain a refund. For repeat subscription payments, you must send your cancellation request via email to contact@executivehurdles.com  no later than 30 days before your renewal date. For repeat subscription payments you must cancel your membership before the repeat subscription is charged - we cannot refund these once they have been charged.

9. Communications

The process for registration of membership allows each member to sign up for email, calls, SMS updates and our weekly newsletter service. All Information provided as part of this process will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Each Member shall have the opportunity to opt out of the email, sms alerts and newsletter service at any time.

 

10. Limitations and exclusions of liability

To the extent that the blog and the information and services on the website that are provided free-of-charge or paid for memberships, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of any event or events beyond our reasonable control.

We will not be liable to you in respect of any business losses, including (without limitation) loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill.

We will not be liable to you in respect of any loss or corruption of any data, database or software.

We will not be liable to you in respect of any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.

 

11. Limited warranties

You acknowledge that the information published on this website is submitted by a combination of authors and site users, and that we do not edit all such information unless in direct breach of the website terms of use. We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information published on this website; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up-to-date.

You acknowledge that the information published on this website, including any AI-generated insights, recommendations, or automated outputs, is submitted or derived from a combination of authors, site users, and AI systems. While Executive Hurdles strives to ensure high-quality guidance and service, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of all information provided.

We do not warrant that:

• The material on the website or provided through our AI tools will be error-free, up-to-date, or appropriate for your specific circumstances.

• The website and its AI-driven features will always be available or function without interruption.

• AI recommendations, content, or outputs will be accurate, contextually correct, or free from unintended bias or error.

All clients are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content or recommendations before use in their business. Executive Hurdles will not be held liable for outcomes arising from unverified use or reliance on AI features.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to this website and the use of our services (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).

12. Indemnity

You hereby indemnify Executive Hurdles and agree to keep us indemnified against any and all losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including, without limitation, legal fees and any settlement costs arising on legal advice) incurred or suffered by us as a result of:

• Your breach of these terms of use;

• Your misuse, unapproved use, or misapplication of any AI tools, features, or outputs provided through our services;

• Your failure to verify or monitor AI-generated content or automation before deploying it in your business activities;

• Any legal or regulatory claim brought against Executive Hurdles related to your use of AI content or services that violates applicable law, customer rights, or industry compliance standards.

You accept full responsibility for any business, marketing, operational, or legal decisions made using our services, and agree that proper oversight, review, and professional judgment remain your obligation at all times.

13. Breaches of These Terms of Use

Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms of use, if you breach these terms in any way—or if we reasonably suspect that you have breached them—we may take any of the following actions:

• Issue one or more formal warnings;

• Temporarily suspend your access to the website, services, or AI tools;

• Permanently prohibit your access to our services and platform;

• Block computers using your IP address from accessing our systems;

• Contact your internet service provider and request they block your access;

• Bring court proceedings against you for breach of contract or other applicable laws;

• Suspend and/or delete your user account;

• Delete and/or edit any or all of your user-generated content.

Where we suspend, prohibit, or block your access, you may not attempt to circumvent such action by creating or using an alternative account.

AI Tool Misuse:
Any improper, unethical, or negligent use of AI features provided by Executive Hurdles, including miscommunication, impersonation, unreviewed deployment of AI-generated outputs, or failure to monitor AI interactions within your business, may constitute a breach of these terms. You, the client, are solely responsible for any damage, liability, or misrepresentation caused by the application of AI tools in your business operations.

If we cancel your subscription due to a breach or suspected breach of these terms, no refund will be issued for any subscription fee or related charges already paid.

We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions for any reason with 30 days’ written notice. In such cases, a pro-rated refund will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription term, calculated using a reasonable methodology determined by us.

14. Intellectual Property Infringement

Content shared by contributors or clients may occasionally include text or material copied from external sources. Due to the broad use of content and AI-generated material across the platform, Executive Hurdles cannot verify every item for copyright compliance or originality.

If you believe your intellectual property has been used in violation of your rights, it is your responsibility to notify us promptly. Executive Hurdles will investigate and, where appropriate, take corrective action. However, we disclaim liability for any infringement committed by users or resulting from client misuse of AI-generated content. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs—especially those intended for public or commercial use—to ensure compliance with applicable intellectual property laws.

15. Severability
