Salary: From £40,000 up to £60,000 per annum + uncapped bonus (OTE £90,000+)

About the Role
We are supporting a high-growth IT reseller in the expansion of their successful sales function, with three positions available spanning Account Manager through to Account Director level.

 

Over the past eight years, the business has experienced exceptional growth, consistently outperforming industry benchmarks. With a strong understanding of partner technologies and IT services, they have built a reputation for delivering high-quality solutions and long-term value to clients.

 

As part of their continued growth plans, they are looking to hire ambitious sales professionals with experience in the IT reseller space. This is the most critical requirement for the role and will be prioritised over job title or seniority.

Key Responsibilities

​

Business Development:
Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach, research, and networking.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.

Solution Selling:
Utilise your sector knowledge to recommend and deliver tailored technology solutions aligned to client needs.

Market Awareness:
Stay informed on emerging technologies, vendor strategies, and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Revenue Generation:
Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to both individual and team success.

Pipeline Management:
Maintain a strong and active pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent sales activity.

Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams and vendor partners to deliver the best outcomes for clients.


 

Required Skills & Experience

​

Experience within an IT and B2B Sales experience environment

Minimum 3 years’ sales experience (flexible depending on level)

Proven success in new business generation and account growth

Strong understanding of IT products, services, and vendor ecosystem

Commercially driven with a strong desire to maximise earnings

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident, professional, and resilient approach

Ability to quickly learn and retain technical information
