About the Role

This exciting opportunity is ideal for marketing professionals with a solid background in B2B marketing, particularly within the telecom, SaaS, or other technical sectors, who are passionate about content creation and localising global campaigns to meet regional market needs.

As a Marketing Content Specialist, you will be responsible for taking global marketing campaigns and adapting them to resonate with telecom providers across EMEA. You will work closely with global marketing, product teams, and regional stakeholders to ensure that content is both commercially relevant and technically credible, driving business growth and pipeline success in the region.
Key Responsibilities

Localise Global Campaigns: Adapt global marketing materials to reflect the regional nuances, regulations, and priorities of the EMEA telecom markets.

Content Creation: Develop and deliver high-quality content for multiple channels, including blogs, social media posts, emails, landing pages, and campaign materials.

Campaign Planning & Execution: Transform campaign briefs into actionable content plans, selecting the best formats, messaging, and distribution channels to meet regional objectives.

Event Marketing: Support tradeshows and regional events with targeted content and messaging, ensuring alignment with campaign strategy.

Technical Communication: Work with subject matter experts to create clear, accessible content on complex topics like fibre network management, GIS, and network operations.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product marketing, sales teams, and regional stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs.

Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency of the brand message across all regions while tailoring content for local relevance.

Performance Monitoring: Track content performance and optimise future campaigns based on insights and data.
Required Skills & Experience

3+ Years of B2B Marketing Experience: Strong experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the telecom, SaaS, or similar technical sectors.

Regional Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in executing regional or international marketing initiatives, especially within the EMEA region.

Content Development: Ability to take complex technical concepts and transform them into engaging, accessible content.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English (additional languages are a plus).

Project Management: Highly organised, capable of managing multiple content projects with competing deadlines.

Technical Tools: Experience with HubSpot, Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Basic video editing skills are a bonus.

Telecom Knowledge: Familiarity with telecom network operations or fibre infrastructure is highly advantageous.

AI Skills: Experience using AI tools (e.g., for content automation, SEO optimisation, or analytics) to enhance content creation, improve engagement, and optimise campaign performance.
