(HR Technology | SAP SuccessFactors | HRMS Transformation | Oxford / Hybrid)

Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 DOE + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Location: Oxford / Hybrid (3 Days in Office)
About the Opportunity
Executive Hurdles Recruitment is supporting a thriving, rapidly growing global organisation — currently serving over 1,000 of the world's most influential energy sector participants, including utilities, investors, and governments — with the recruitment of an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Engineer to join their Internal Technology team.
This is an exciting time to join. The business is embarking on a significant People & Culture HRMS transformation project, starting with the full implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. Initially, you will embed yourself into the project as a SuccessFactors SME, working closely alongside the project team and the selected SAP SuccessFactors implementation partner to drive a successful go-live.
Post-implementation, you will become the primary technical resource responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and continuously improving the SAP SuccessFactors platform — placing security at the forefront of all design decisions and using a continuous improvement approach to deliver long-term business value.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the P&C Systems Manager, Business Analyst, and wider People & Culture function to understand business requirements and translate them into effective, secure, and scalable technical solutions.
This opportunity would suit an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional with a minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience who is looking to join a globally recognised, fast-growing business at a pivotal point in their HR technology transformation journey.
