ROLE 1 — Property Conveyancing Solicitor | £50,000 + Bonus

This position is designed for a qualified Solicitor who excels in managing a high-quality, diverse residential caseload. You will handle everything from standard freeholds to complex leaseholds, shared ownership, and new build transactions, taking full responsibility for files from opening through to post-completion.
This opportunity would suit a qualified solicitor with at least one year's experience managing a full residential conveyancing portfolio, who is looking to join a firm with a strong reputation and a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload end-to-end, from file opening to post-completion, ensuring files are maintained in impeccable order and in line with SLAs, regulatory standards, and statutory requirements

Providing clients with clear, bespoke legal advice tailored to their specific transaction

Drafting all necessary legal documents and contracts to represent clients' best interests at every stage

Dealing with complex legal enquiries by researching previous cases and relevant legislation, proactively identifying and resolving potential risks

Acting as the central point of communication between solicitors, mortgage lenders, brokers, and local authorities, managing client expectations through regular, transparent updates

Ensuring all files are billed accurately and overseeing the secure and timely transfer of funds upon completion

Maintaining full compliance with SRA Rules at all times to protect the firm's reputation and Trustpilot rating

Providing supervision, coaching, and support to paralegals, fostering a high-performance culture built on teamwork and exceptional client care

Leveraging industry-leading case management systems and property technology to maximise efficiency and client experience

What You Will Bring:

A qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year's experience managing a full residential conveyancing portfolio from start to finish

Proven ability to manage a diverse residential caseload including leaseholds, shared ownership, and new build transactions

Strong client care skills and a natural empathy for the home-moving process

ROLE 2 — Criminal Duty Solicitor | £70,000 + Bonus
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and expanding Crime & Regulatory department within a growing law firm. You will handle a varied and rewarding caseload of criminal matters from initial instruction through to conclusion, providing expert advice and representation to clients at all stages of the criminal justice process.
This opportunity would suit a driven criminal solicitor looking to develop their career within a progressive, supportive environment where their contribution is genuinely valued and access to justice sits at the heart of the firm's ethos.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing your own caseload of criminal matters independently

Advising and taking instructions from clients at police stations, courts, and offices

Representing clients at police stations and Magistrates' Courts

Conducting advocacy where appropriate

Preparing cases for court and briefing counsel when required

Managing legal aid applications and compliance requirements

Maintaining accurate file management, billing, and case progression

Participating in the out-of-hours duty solicitor rota, including police station attendance and Saturday court
