Executive Hurdles Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading international company in the household brands industry. We are currently looking for a talented and driven Marketplace Coordinator to join their team and help drive the growth and optimization of their European e-commerce operations.

​

Key Responsibilities:

​

  • Operational Management: Take ownership of the operational and strategic management of national and European online marketplaces.

  • Product Listing Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product listings (content, SEO, A+, etc.) to maximize product visibility and customer engagement.

  • PIM System Management: Utilize the Product Information Management (PIM) system to adapt and prepare product data for specific marketplaces.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as visibility, conversion rates, and advertising performance to ensure success.

  • Campaigns and Promotions: Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketplace campaigns and promotions to boost sales and brand recognition.

  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough competitive and market analyses to identify opportunities and potential risks.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product management teams to ensure seamless operations and strategy alignment.

 

Your Profile:

​

  • Educational Background: Degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent commercial qualification.

  • Experience: Proven experience in managing online marketplaces, ideally with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Otto Market, or Kaufland Seller.

  • International E-Commerce Focus: Passion for expanding international sales channels and optimizing global marketplace strategies.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong focus on KPIs, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Proactive & Structured: Organized, independent, and able to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Languages: Proficient in English (required). Additional languages such as French, Italian, or Polish are an advantage.

  • Tech-Savvy: Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with PIM systems and marketplace middleware solutions is a plus. AI tools to optimize product listings, analyze customer behavior and enhance advertising performance is a plus.
