About the Role

Identify capability gaps and implement targeted learning initiatives. Support leadership development, succession planning, and the growth of high-potential individuals across the organisation.

Culture, Engagement & Wellbeing:
Champion a people-first culture aligned with core leadership values. Deliver engagement initiatives, analyse feedback, and implement wellbeing frameworks that support employee performance and satisfaction.

Strategic People Contribution:
Work alongside the COO to shape and execute the People & Culture strategy. Provide data-driven insights on workforce planning, retention, and organisational design while supporting system and process scalability.
