Executive Hurdles Recruitment is supporting a highly regarded specialist private client law firm seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join its growing team in Marlborough.
The firm advises a loyal and longstanding client base, primarily consisting of farming families, landowners, high-net-worth individuals and private clients across the region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Paralegal looking to develop their career within a supportive and collegiate environment, working alongside experienced solicitors and partners on a broad range of high-quality matters.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with drafting Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney
Prepare Probate Applications and support Estate Administration matters
Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, HMRC and the Probate Registry
Manage your own caseload of straightforward matters under supervision
Support Solicitors on more complex Private Client cases
Conduct legal research and prepare supporting documentation
Maintain accurate file management and case records
Deliver excellent client care throughout the client journey
Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional obligations
Required Skills & Experience

Essential:
Previous experience within Private Client Law
Knowledge of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney
Strong drafting and document preparation skills
Excellent organisation and file management abilities
Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
Experience working with case management systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Desirable:
Experience working with farming, rural or high-net-worth clients
Commercial Partnership Agreement exposure
Estate and Tax Planning knowledge
Progression towards CILEX, STEP or similar qualifications
