About the Role:

Executive Hurdles Recruitment is partnering with a leading global manufacturer of construction and access equipment as they continue their expansion across Europe.

​

This is a field-based, territory ownership role where you will be responsible for driving both new business and key account growth across rental, construction, and industrial sectors. The business is hiring 10 Area Sales Managers across key European markets, each taking ownership of a defined regional territory.

​

You will play a key role in developing long-term customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering commercial growth within a highly technical and competitive market.

​

Package:

​

  • Salary: €90,000 per annum (depending on experience)

  • Commission: Uncapped earning potential

  • Car Allowance: €800 per month

  • Additional Benefits: Full package discussed during process

Each role is field-based with full responsibility for a dedicated territory:

  • Spain - Live

The Role:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy

  • Identify, win, and grow key accounts across rental, construction, and industrial sectors

  • Build long-term relationships with customers and partners

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements

  • Work closely with after-sales and service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Represent the business at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events

  • Regular travel across your assigned territory

​

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years’ field sales experience within AWP, MEWP, access equipment, or lifting solutions

  • Strong existing network within rental companies, construction firms, or industrial clients

  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth in a technical or solution-led sales environment

  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills

  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and results-driven

  • Fluent in local/native language and English
