About the Company
Our client is a rapidly growing advanced materials manufacturer supplying leading global OEMs in consumer electronics and new energy (EV, battery, photovoltaics).

The company develops and produces high-performance functional materials used in:

With strong R&D, engineering, and manufacturing capabilities, the business is expanding its US commercial team to support increasing demand from key customers.
The Role
This is a customer-facing sales role focused on developing and growing business with OEMs and Tier 1 / Tier 2 manufacturers.
You’ll work closely with engineering and procurement teams to identify opportunities where advanced materials can solve performance and design challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business across consumer electronics and new energy markets

Build relationships with OEMs and manufacturing partners

Identify and convert opportunities for materials and component solutions
-
Support product positioning, pricing, and contract discussions

Partner with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
-
Grow existing accounts by identifying new applications and needs

What We’re Looking For Core Experience
-
5+ years’ experience in materials, components, or manufacturing environments
-
Background in sales, business development, or customer-facing technical roles
-
Experience working with:
-
OEMs or Tier 1 / Tier 2 suppliers
-
OR engineering teams in product-driven industries
​
Relevant Industry Exposure
We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
-
Adhesives, die-cut materials, or functional materials is essential
-
Thermal management or EMI shielding solutions
-
Electronic components or modules
-
Consumer electronics or automotive / EV supply chains
We also welcome candidates from leading materials and component suppliers supporting global OEMs (e.g. 3M, Henkel, Nitto, Tesa, Avery Dennison, and similar organisations).
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

Have experience supporting major global OEM programs - ideally Apple or similar consumer electronics brands or working within their supplier ecosystem

Bring strong technical knowledge and want to grow in a commercial role

Are commercially driven with the ability to build long-term customer relationships
