About the Opportunity

Executive Hurdles Recruitment is supporting a fast-growing and ambitious business seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to support the next phase of growth across the London market.

Key Responsibilities

Win new business and consistently deliver against revenue targets
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
Develop relationships with key decision makers
Lead confident commercial conversations and negotiations
Drive opportunities forward with urgency and commercial focus
Work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
Represent the business professionally across client meetings and networking opportunities
Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to close

Required Skills & Experience

 

Essential:

Previous experience within business development or new business sales
A proven track record of winning new business and closing deals
Experience operating within the London market
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness and strong negotiation ability
Highly motivated, resilient, and target driven mindset
Ability to travel across London for client meetings multiple times per week

 

Desirable:

Experience within hospitality, workplace services, facilities, coffee, or related sectors
Experience within high-growth or fast-moving SME environments
Strong networking and pipeline-building capability
