Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to strengthen two key practice areas and is seeking experienced Private Client Solicitors, Legal Executives, and Family Law Solicitors to join its successful Windsor office.

Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive
Ideal for candidates with experience managing non-contentious private client matters including:

Family Law Solicitor
Ideal for candidates with experience managing private family law matters including:
• Divorce Proceedings
• Financial Settlements

• Domestic Abuse Matters
• Care Proceedings
Key Responsibilities
Manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion
Provide clear, practical, and empathetic advice to clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements
Maintain high standards of client care and professional conduct
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support teams
Support networking and business development activities where appropriate
Contribute to the continued success and growth of the department
Required Skills & Experience
Private Client Candidates:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
1+ years' PQE within Private Client Law
Experience handling Wills, LPAs, Probate, and Estate Administration
Strong client care and communication skills
Excellent technical and case management abilities
Understanding of risk management and compliance requirements
Family Law Candidates:
Qualified Solicitor
Minimum 2 years' PQE within Family Law
Experience managing a broad range of private family law matters
Ability to manage a caseload independently
Strong advocacy, communication, and relationship-building skills
Client-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
Confidence working autonomously whilst contributing to team success
Desirable Attributes
Interest in networking and business development
Commercial awareness and relationship management skills
Experience working with elderly, vulnerable, or high-net-worth clients
Strong organisational and time management capabilities
Experience using legal case management systems
