Head Office - Candidate can be based in commuting distance to either Milton Keynes, UK or Neu-Ulm, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Enquiries: Manage and respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of service.

Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders within tight deadlines.

Coordination: Liaise with purchasing, logistics, and freight partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Documentation: Prepare export and shipping documentation in line with requirements.

CRM Management: Track, manage, and resolve customer queries using HubSpot CRM.

Order Fulfilment: Ensure all orders are dispatched on time with the correct paperwork.

Your Profile:

Experience: Previous experience in customer service and/or order processing is essential.

Languages: Fluent in both German and English (required).

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and strong organisational skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Work Ethic: Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills: Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot desirable).
