About the Opportunity
Executive Hurdles Recruitment is supporting a fast-growing UK distributor within the Cleaning & Hygiene, Infection Control, Workwear & PPE, Hospitality, and Catering Supplies sectors, who are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive / Business Manager to join their expanding commercial team.
This is a high-energy, new business focused role within a business that is scaling rapidly across multiple product verticals nationwide.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving outbound sales activity, developing new accounts, and contributing directly to revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident telesales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys winning new business.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound telesales activity
Identify, approach and convert new customers across target sectors
Build and manage your own sales pipeline
Maintain regular contact with prospects and customers
Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
Develop strong relationships with decision makers across key accounts
Work closely with internal teams to support order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
Contribute ideas in team meetings to support business growth and sales strategy
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting
Required Skills & Experience

Essential:
Proven experience in telesales, business development or new business sales
Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
Confident communicator with strong telephone manner
Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
Experience in a high-volume outbound sales environment
Resilient, driven and target-focused mindset
Desirable:
Experience selling into Cleaning & Hygiene, PPE, Hospitality, Workwear or FMCG sectors
Experience within distributor or B2B sales environments
Ability to build long-term customer relationships
