This is a full-time, office-based role and a key position within a close-knit operations team, responsible for monitoring and supporting Warrant and Revenue Account Managers to ensure the efficient and timely completion of warrant visits. The role involves taking ownership of escalated accounts, supporting on-site field representatives with decision-making, and acting as the primary point of contact for client updates and operational communications throughout the day.

Our client's work is closely monitored and highly regulated — making accuracy, process adherence, and clear communication central to everything this role delivers.

This opportunity would suit an organised, proactive, and confident communicator with a background in operations, customer service, or a regulated environment, who is comfortable making account-level decisions and supporting both internal and external teams under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing warrant escalations and taking ownership of accounts requiring on-site decision support

  • Making account-level decisions in line with agreed processes and procedures

  • Supporting internal and external field teams to achieve successful work completion

  • Providing first-line contact for clients, suppliers, and colleagues including senior management

  • Monitoring progress of high-value accounts when warrants are being executed

  • Collating, analysing, and sharing performance reports across the team

  • Attending client meetings as required

  • Managing supplier relationships as part of day-to-day operations

  • Providing role cover for the Team Senior as required

  • Maintaining a full understanding of OFGEM Code of Practice (domestic work)

  • Administering and rolling out process updates as required

  • Administering active communication groups to ensure all progress and actions are shared appropriately throughout the day

Required Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

  • Confident decision-maker, comfortable working within established processes and procedures

  • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — for client, supplier, and colleague liaison

  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, particularly when managing on-day escalations

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution

  • High level of accuracy in maintaining records, paperwork, and company systems

  • Comfortable working in a regulated environment where compliance and process adherence are essential

  • Experience in an operations, customer service, or coordination role

Desirable:

  • Experience within the utilities sector or field services environment

  • Knowledge of or exposure to warrant management, debt recovery, or regulatory compliance

  • Understanding of OFGEM Code of Practice (domestic)

  • Experience managing supplier or client relationships

  • A varied and purposeful role at the heart of day-to-day operations, with real responsibility from day one

  • Work within a supportive team structure with clear processes, training, and senior support in place

  • A role that genuinely matters — balancing customer welfare with operational delivery in a closely regulated environment

  • Stable, full-time, office-based position with a clear structure and consistent working hours

  • £30,000 salary with a Head Office base in Stratford-upon-Avon
